Iâ€™ve been seeing Kim at Halo for almost two years, she absolutely SAVED my hair! The stylist at halo are the only people I will let touch my hair, all of them are an absolute godsend. They donâ€™t try to up sell you or force products on you. They give you all the info you need to make the right decisions! I never feel overwhelmed when I get there or leave. They greet you as soon as you walk in, offer you a drink! Very welcoming place! I love Haloâ¤ï¸

I have been with Halo since they first opened their doors. I have never been disappointed in their work, whether it be a simple cute and style to a full colour make over. They have some of the friendliest staff I've ever known. I have referred my friends to their salon and have been told by them that they had amazing experiences and loved the results of their visit. Extremely professional, but you enjoy every minute you're in one of their chairs.

BEST hair salon in the region!! Wonderful staff who are up on the latest trends and their styling far exceeds any other salon. Very professional staff who always give their clients their undivided attention. Always leave feeling and looking great!!!! Highly recommend!!!!!

Like several other women, I thought this salon was amazing. Everyone was so friendly; the staff is amazing in that respect-always making sure you are comfortable, providing hot beverages and even cookies. Like others, the prices at first were very reasonable but the third time I had highlights and a trim, I was shocked to get a bill of over $200. I have been to several high end salons in upper Waterloo and I've never paid more than $130. When I asked for a breakdown of my bill, I was told I had had 2 treatments on my hair that amounted to $40. I had no idea that I was even getting these. So as others have warned, make sure you ask upfront what the prices are. The most disappointing thing about this experience is that when I went to work the next day, no one even noticed my hair. I paid a lot extra for the same results.
