Had our hair and makeup done for my wedding. I was told we would have the lounge area to ourselves since we were such a large group. They ended up booking others in, allowing them to wait in the lounge where we had all left our purses, etc. Then they had the nerve to ask us to keep our voices down so as not to disturb others! Also expected me to collect payment from everyone so as not to confuse the receptionist! The staff gossip constantly about eachother and the owner is prob the worst one! They advertise great prices which is tempting but I'll never go back. Totally unprofessional on one of the biggest days in my life

I booked a classic pedicure but only received an express service. The massage chair quit working during the service and the paint job was mediocre (also no basecoat). The receptionist changed my total after seeing how quick the service was but still a disappointing experience overall.

I did not "hate" my experience, as I did not have one. Called a week ahead to book a manicure and they told me I was all set. Really looking forward to some much needed pampering. Got there, was taken to the pedicure area... they looked surprised- I wanted a manicure, but all the girls seemed to be booked. Was taken upstairs to a massage room where I was to have a "manicure" in a dark corner with a small table, and none of the equipment available downstairs in the manicure room. I just put my coat back on and left. Very unprofessional. Sorry I will not be back.

This is my first review..never felt the need to before. However, after reading the previous post from an ex employee, I felt this was a good time to start. It's sad when people decide to jump off the boat..then try to take down the ship. Sad, sad, sad. My son and I have been clients since we moved to Cambridge 5 years ago. He was 10 at the time and not too excited about going to what he referred to as a "girl's place"... Amanda cut his hair that day and was quick to engage him in conversation and make him feel very comfortable. He is going to be 15,very particular about how he looks, and Amanda is the ONLY person he will let cut his hair. She is Awesome! About 3 weeks ago I decided I wanted to try bangs for the first time in 30 years. I was a little nervous about the big change but Amanda was very encouraging. She gave me an Amazing hair treatment ( B5 strengthening treatment) which made my hair feel soft, strong and shiny and a great cut. She was sure not to make the look too drastic as it had been a while since I'd had a fringe. It looked and felt great, however, when I got home I realized that I would like them a little shorter. I called that evening and Glenna was SO understanding and gracious, she squeezed me in the very next morning, on a SATURDAY. Amanda shortened them and styled my hair at NO charge. Amanda's customer service skills are Outstanding and Glenna is a wonderful hostess , she makes u feel like a special guest in her home! :)

Been a regular customer for over 4 years! Love my hair stylist -Dee! He understands the flow of my hair and that I want a wash and go, no fuss hair style. They are all friendly and accommodating.
