Mental patients shouldn’t own businesses

Find it funny how the own owners and their family have to give there business reviews to make it look nice, real classy. Beds are not properly cleaned as they the owners them selves don’t actually train there own children who work there for them so it’s a free for all. And if you ever end up having minutes disappear on your account out of no where just know you pissed one of the bosses off.

I understand that this, 1 to 5 star rating is for VALID customers to actually rate this business. Sadly, it has become a "High School" popularity contest. 1 individual was given a suggestion to tan SAFELY and she chose not to. Insists she can handle, what she is telling staff she wants to do. This customer later is burnt. Had she followed staff recommendations and NOT insist on her own, this WOULD have been prevented. Still she had asked for her account to be put on hold (something that they do not do for unlimited monthly packages). They agreed. Then after 2 days, they offered her a refund(minus the minutes she insisted on) when she started to become very aggressive and was showing very unacceptable behaviours for a grown woman! The refund was not sufficient therefore she had her ADULT "FB friends", that have never been, don't live in the area, come here to bash this business and give it a 1 star rating. So basically, google reviews are NOT what you can call, "Accurate", as people like this, abuse this right. This is a very sad world we live in. I do and will continue, to pray for these individuals who were obviously not taught the right way in life ðŸ˜•

Best experience ever. These ladies are knowledgable and friendly. This tanning salon has a comfortable yet classy feel about it. Great job ladies. I will be coming back for years to come and telling my friends too. Keep up the amazing game work :)

I love this place. Bronzage has picked up so much since the new owners have taken over. Crystal & Sarah are extremely sweet women who go out of their way to ensure each visit is perfect. The staff are kind, respectful & always answer any questions /concerns. From this form being used in a spiteful way (one customer had a bad experience) she has all of her friends spamming this small business. What happened to supporting your town? Shameful! None the less I know your loyal customers that have been going there for years will always go up to bat for you. Keep up the great job Bronzage! Thank you for always making customer satisfaction first. You rock!!!!

First time tanner. Loved this place. The ladies helped me figure out what I needed and set me up fast and efficiently. Very clean and well managed. Will definately be going back.
