I've been going here for quite some time now because of convenience. My kids are under the age of 10 and got their cuts here for the last time. After they were done we proceeded to the front to pay at which point the hairdresser whispered something into the clerk's ear and to my surprise it was how much to charge me. Total before taxes $45.00! Unacceptable? Not only was I ripped off, the hairdresser didn't even bother to sweep up the previous client (s) hair clippings nor did I witness her disinfecting her supplies she was using. I'm frustrated and upset at the hairdresser's shortsighted and greasy decision to overcharge me. May her mirthfulness of the situation remind her in our absence of just how foolish this decision cost her!

Stylist had no patience when cutting my sons hair. Ended up crooked and she didn't seem to care. Blamed it on him moving, I wish she would've stated she doesn't cut kids hair if she wasn't up to the task!

Mel is the absolute best! She'll help you pick a style and colour for your face shape and skin tone. She's so creative. I will not let anyone else cut my hair!

I had called up for an appointment for both my kids and the person who was on the phone said it was at 1.30 and 2pm. As the weather was bad I came in at 1.35 they said I missed my appointment and should come back later. Also they said that my kids were booked at the same time and both missed their appointment even though it was clearly said that they were booked half an hour apart. The front desk people were rude and kept on arguing as if I did a big mistake. I am never going back there again
