If I could rate higher then 5 stars I would ! ( Back story ) Had a horrible experience at enviro trends * the stylist left bleach in way to long, my hair became white broken and started to fall out... said stylist then tried to fix her mistakes and left me more then horrified with my hair. Taking me from ginger to blonde with white highlights. * ( Today ) went to my appointment with Lauren today showed her how horrible and dead my hair was, Without skipping a beat she reassured me she could fix it ! These lovely ladies are informative, friendly, educated and Truly care about their clients ! Wouldn't trust anyone else with my hair other then the girls here. Left more then happy. I absolutely love my hair again ! I HIGHLY RECOMEND LOOKING GOOD SALON ! ðŸ’•

Way too pricey. I mean 50$ for a men's cut! Many other places charge 25$ and they do just as good of a job if not better.

When they first opened they were awesome. The people there now not quite so much. They were more interested in their computer issues than doing my hair and treated me as an inconvenience. On top of that, the girl that used to work there did a great job of thinning out my hair and when I explained to the one there how she did it she said that that wasn't the proper way and didn't give me what I wanted at all. After about 8 years of this place I'm looking for a new one again.

Would highly recommend looking elsewhere for any sort of salon service. Had a terrible experience with hair extensions that turned into absolute rats nests while following exact instructions for care. When I followed up with the owned she refused to refund anything or correct anything. After letting her know that I was going to leave a review explaining my situation she told me that she was contacting her lawyer in order to take legal actions against "slander". Very poor customer service and also very poor quality in hair service. If I could leave less than 1 star I would.
