Horrible salon

I got my hair cut and styled here and everything about it was absolutely horrid. My hair was butchered literally beyond repair!! It took over a year and 3 trips to another salon to fix it! She’s just chopped my hair like she was hacking away at a hedge, not someone’s hair! And when it was styled, no product was used other than a ton of hair spray. No heat protection at all! Hated everything about this service. They should not have the right to do anyone’s hair. Will never ever go back there. Pictures of the hack job attached. Ps. My hair was long before and I wanted it to be SHOULDER length with a tiny bit of texture.

Hi there.. I'm writing on behalf of my senior Mother. Today she went in by the recommendation of my sister. She got a cut, color and highlights. My mothers hair is shoulder length and my sisters is very long. My sister never pays over $140. Today my serior mother was charged $180. We called the manager and basically said "that's too bad" and dismissed her complaint with no offer of consolation. I am appalled at the disrespect you have shown my mother today, for your audacious actions. Please reconsider your consideration for this establishment.

I do NOT recommend this unprofessional poor quality place, I won't even call it a salon. A hair dresser here who was very unprofessional did a HORRIBLE cut on a client , when the client tried to tell them about the situation they would not take ownership for the horrible cut. They instead insisted it was the way it was supposed to be. The client even sent pictures of her hair being choopy and uneven. Then in return the hairdresser decided to go on social media and instigate by posting a video of a proper style bob haircut and say that it looks the same . A video of a haircut that this hairdresser did not perform. The haircut in the video was correct the haircut the customer received was not. The customer's hair is so short and uneven it is very hard to fix without having to take off at least another inch. Golden Crown hair salon take responsibility for your mistake!!

I used their services before for updos and other hairstyles and was satisfied then. However, this was the first time I gotten a haircut from them. I asked Krystel for parted bangs and a trim expecting a good experience but was left disappointed. For the bangs, I showed her a photo for reference. However, the bangs ended up looking very choppy and poorly made. It did not look natural with my hair length at all. The overall trim was mediocre but better compared to the bangs. Very disappointed in the results and will not be using their services again.
