The place is clean and sanitary, and my nails have always been done very professionally and look good. However, every time I've visited ( 5-6 times) I've left with some incident ore the other that has soured my overall experience. The technicians I have had, while professional, have always been curt (to the point of rude). I would keep dismissing this as them having a bad/busy day, but honestly, I cannot go to a place where this happens all the time. I do not understand- they have a lot of loyal and happy customers, however, I did find someone who shared a similar experience at this place, and recommended another nail salon. While my new salon may not boast of professionally trained technicians, at least i get great nails at a good price , and more importantly, get serviced with RESPECT. The very first time visited, I requested a simple nail design on one finger of each hand (vertical stripes). While all the other nails looked good, the two with the nail design were done so poorly it looked liked a 3 year old did them with a sharpie. The second time, they were out of almost every colour i picked. When i had trouble picking a colour- i was told to "hurry up you wont get a manicure today'. When i brought this up with the owner, he shrugged and said " yeah, what can you do? some colours are just so popular." (totally disregarding their technicians remark). There have been many times my appointment has been rushed (despite me being on time and the delay being on their end), so another one of their "loyal' customers could start their appointment. Another time time, they tried to overcharge me by saying i got nail polish removed- I hadn't. While this was sorted out quickly, it happened again during one of my other visits.

Went in to see if I would like to get my nails done at this salon since they had such a high rating and it was a great disappointment for a place so highly rated. They were not very nice and not customer service oriented at all.. Canâ€™t believe everything you read.

Amazing service! This was my first visit to All My Nails Salon, and it won't be my last! My nail tech was quick, but the service didn't feel rushed. I got a full acrylic set with colour and she actually listened to me when I ask that my nails be kept short (I bite my nails and play sports so having those long acrylics isn't my vibe). Make sure to get there 5 mins ahead like they ask, they have a lot of clients and you don't want to miss your appointment.

What a gem, SO glad I found this place. You can very easily book online at any time of the day, and then just show up. Note there is no visa machine; debit or cash only. No strong 'nail place' smell either, and workers are very friendly. Highly recommend.
