Iâ€™ve been coming to the salon since moving to KW a few years ago and Whitney is by far the best stylist Iâ€™ve ever had. Her attention to detail is impeccable and her ability to make you feel comfortable is to be praised. I wonâ€™t let anyone else touch my hair from now on.

Everyone is really kind and helpful here! I drive all the way from Mississauga to get my hair styled by Whitney but itâ€™s so worth it! Great environment and services.

Whitney always does a fantastic job with my balayage and cut. Xcentric is gorgeous inside, everyone is friendly, professional, and it is so clean and welcoming. Love it here

Over 2 weeks ago now my daughter booked a highlights appointment with Lisa the owner of the salon. She was so looking forward to how her hair would turn out. She never expected that her hair would be ruined!! Her hair was long healthy medium brown hair and she had a picture she showed Lisa CLEARLY showing her what she wanted ( blonde highlights in ash tones) The picture she showed Lisa did not show red hair and there is NO red in ash tone highlights!! After Lisa finished with her hair she left the salon sad; confused and with red hair!! Not one single blonde highlight!!, not even CLOSE to the picture she had showed Lisa. After getting home and washing her hair a few times it is now light red/orange and damaged. What happened?? What strange motivation did Lisa have to wreck her hair? Lisa's answer was just, sorry mistakes happen. Apon request the money was refunded completely and there was an offer to try to fix it. Sorry she'll pass on that offer!!! Now my daughter is left trying to find someone she can trust to fix her damaged, awfully coloured orangey red hair. You would be shocked to see the before and after pictures ( and the one my daughter showed Lisa so she would have an idea of what she wanted) however my photos are being blocked for some reason and I was only able to post one.* See picture with my other goggle reviews.
