Nothing but amazing service here. I have walked in several times and the staff have always been really nice, even apologizing for my wait which I expect when I do a walk in. The acrylic nail service is the best I've experienced in London. My nails have always been applied evenly and filed down properly. The polish application is equally amazing. I'm someone who will sometimes go up to 3 weeks before getting a fill, and I've never had a nail fall off. The staff are really nice pleasant people as well. Highly recommend.

1. Horrible customer service. The guy is super rude. 2. Their acrylic product is probably MMA because it ripped a huge piece of my nail off. Don't go here. I highly doubt they sanitize their supplies and they use cheap products that damages your nails. Beware!

I got a full set of acrylics here with shellac polish and while they were adequate they were quite mishapen and flat, giving my nails a chunky appearance. The staff are nice enough, but are fairly rough and don't speak to you very much. I would recommend this establishment, however there are absolutely salons I'd recommend before this one. You get what you pay for.

High end quality salon manicure results for a fraction of the cost without all the bells and whistles . Calling ahead recommended otherwise you can end up waiting a while
