I just had the most amazing manicure and pedicure ever by the wonderful Jasmine! She is not just amazing at her work but she also great to talk to. She made my experience incredible! I would recommend anyone who wants a manicure or a pedicure make sure you ask for Jasmine! I definitely will be going to to see her again!! Well worth it for sure!!

I have long hair and its super difficult to find someone who actually doesn't chop my hair off. Jennifer at Donatos was amazing!! She listened patiently as I explained my likings and did such an amazing job! Would definitely recommend her and not to forget, awesome head massage, felt super relaxed the entire time. Thanks!

I have been a customer since 2001 and I have never been dissatisfied with the service. All the stylists are experienced and professional. They listen to what I want and deliver every time. Definitely a 5 star experience!

I recently had a balayage service and was underwhelmed by the results. However upon voicing my concern I was given several options to rectify the situation. The customer service is outstanding thanks to the manager of education. Alex was professional, courteous and definitely puts the customer first!

My experience needs more information: I used to come here for my haircut the last months. If the Stylist (Michelle) got a little late, she informed me and made the waiting time of max. 15 min up with nice treats like a hair mask. I gave the Spa a try to give some relief to my back this time and got really disappointed. I was asked to arrive 15 min. earlier in order to make sure everything runs smooth and I fill out a form before the 90 min massage. I did so and it turned out that I was the one who had to wait another 45 min. for my turn. No information abt this or any apology about the delay at all. My massage experience itself was very uncomfortable. The AC in the room was very noisy, not really beneficial if you wanna relax. My request to switch it off wasnâ€™t successful and so I was left with the loud fan and a cold room temperature. I did not get any consultation or was offered any specific oil or product. The massage was painful. I advised several times that it is hurting but the technique stayed the same and the therapist continued the same way through out the 90 min. During the massage the therapist used a lot of oil and after finishing just left int he room as I was. No towel for me, no tissues no changing room nothing. I went home shiny and oily, honestly I thought this is a joke and I didnâ€™t really pay 170$ for this. I expected much much much more from Donato, but in the end simply left disappointed, feeling I just came from a cheap beach resort spa, upset that I spend that much money on this experience and with pain in my back. Long story short - I will not come back for sure, do not recommend and will also change my salon.
