Everything here is nice, prices are good. I've been going to this supply store from the time I was a baby (not kidding). But let me just say, that the workers have an attitude. Seriously. But on some occasions I have encountered nice employees. And honestly I really don't care. I just want my stuff.

A hair and accessories store to treat and purchase all that you need. Staff is courteous and helpful. I always meet someone in the aisle to assist me and quickly too. I didn't do a video or take pictures as I was on limited time. Shelves are stocked to give easy access to items, not over crowded. Located in a strip mall, enter off Dundas or Hurontario Streets.

This place was super popular when they first opened up however all the friendly staff seem to have parted ways from this particular business. I literally dread going to this location due to the rude and obnoxious employees that work here. They all stand around and chat and are completely dismissive when you need some sort of assistance. I recommend to go to the Beauty Supply Store just across the street from Shoppers World - Beauty Collection, definitely a bit of a drive however it’s so worth it. The variety at this location is very average, things are hardly ever restocked.

I love the affordable pricing. It's the closest major beauty shop nearest to me. Which is quite a stretch. There is this one amazing employee upon entering addressed me' Hello Kween! How may I help you'. Much to my surprise.😊 Such a heart warming greeting. I'll never forget her.💅💕👑#KWEEN CODE

I've been trying to submit a review for this place for the past week! I assure you, the positive reviews are FAKE! Black women, we deserve better service than this. The owners are anti-black but love our money. What's worse, the black women working here co-sign and embody anti-black attitudes to black women customers. I experienced it here. My last visit was a complete DISASTER. The Asian supervisor was rude and blatantly watching me as I shopped by stocking the shelves I was perusing. When I entered, he was at the counter and as soon as I settled in an isle, he appeared pretending to stock when clearly he was watching me. The black women staff here are incredibly rude. I approached three of them and asked for assistance and they all acted like I was disturbing them on their break. I'm ashamed I spent my money there when I should have just left. Black women, we deserve better. Do not shop here. Buy online or find black-owned stores. There's a black-owned store in Newmarket. The prices are the similar and they have the products. Its about an hour away but from now on, I'd rather drive all the way up there than spend my hard earned money at this racist place. Also black women working here, DO BETTER!
