My hair stylist was awesome. The so called Manager, Molly, Receptionist and 1 stylist they were cold, unpleasant, judgemental about damage products I bought Friday n opened one absolute repair on Monday, never used it, discussing, it was like soup but it's to be real thick. Been buying it for over 20++ years. So I'm contacting head office n if need be better business bearue. I'm not getting ripped off approx 400 dollars bc I had to buy products to do me till this is resolved. I may be 65 but don't get on the bad side of me. I'm no liar or thief. These are facts. Check products b4 you buy. Now time to email head office to get there phone number bc I'm not texting an entire episode. I may go to another salon n buy tubb of absolute repair to show head office what it suppose to look like. They'll get a credit from there suppliers so I best get credit or rather have them replaced in proper condition.
