Nadia, a new women just change the whole me, She was soo patient, kind and good with my long hair. It was a little expensive but every penny was worth it. The salon was itself clean and nice. She will be definitely my all time go to hair stylist becuz She just nailed it.

Mark is awesome he really has an eye for color and knows how to make you look your best. Hes the best hair dressers i found in Durham region. If you want someone with a lot of talent its expensive but isnt it worth it to look your best. My hair has never looked better. Highly recommend him. Below is a picture of his awesome work done my hair

Went with my daughter today to get her hair cut. Her stylist was Jessica, she did an amazing job. She now has 2 new clients.

My hair stylist was awesome. The so called Manager, Molly, Receptionist and 1 stylist they were cold, unpleasant, judgemental about damage products I bought Friday n opened one absolute repair on Monday, never used it, discussing, it was like soup but it's to be real thick. Been buying it for over 20++ years. So I'm contacting head office n if need be better business bearue. I'm not getting ripped off approx 400 dollars bc I had to buy products to do me till this is resolved. I may be 65 but don't get on the bad side of me. I'm no liar or thief. These are facts. Check products b4 you buy. Now time to email head office to get there phone number bc I'm not texting an entire episode. I may go to another salon n buy tubb of absolute repair to show head office what it suppose to look like. They'll get a credit from there suppliers so I best get credit or rather have them replaced in proper condition.

If I had the choice of giving zero star I would.. the customer service is really bad...! I booked my mom's appointment in advance for roots and highlights with specific stylist and I did mention her name when booking the appointment. When me and my mom came for the appointment and other stylist showed up. I told her I have booked the appointment with a different stylist and she said she is not working today. I told her same thing.. and she was kind of ignoring what I was saying and keep repeating the same thing that the stylist I wanted is not working today. My mom was nice enough she said she will get highlights done from the stylist who was available. she told me it would COST her $271 for roots and highlights! And normal blow dry was not included in the price... but the receptionist told me different price when i booked the appointment. the high end salon my mom usually goes too, don't even cost that much.. it seemed liked the stylist didn't want to do the highlights and she doesn't care from her behavior because right after we left, the same stylist went out with other stylists. The salon was empty, they only had 1 customer. The other stylists was on their phones. I complained to the receptionist before leaving, and told her my mom took the bus during the cold weather and I took time off from work especially for this appointment and this have happen before with different stylist. She just said sorry. Sorry is not going to do anything! are you guys going to pay me for time i took off from work? Ar are you going to pay for bus my mom took? You guys wasted my and my mom's time.. You guys don't value people's time, people have work to do and they have other appointments to go too. Never coming back to this salon...
