My first experience at Elegance Salon Spa was incredible! Peter made sure that I come in for a consult prior to making an appointment to ensure that I'd have a good experience with their services. Tara did my colour and blow dry and she did a fantastic job! She truly went above and beyond my expectations and for that I'm so thankful that I found this place. I'm so pleased with my first visit and I can't wait to get more services done here!

I use to work here. I have nothing good to say about them. They're not good at hair nor are they good to their employees. Ask them how many employees have walked out on them over the years!? And Aveda is not a natural product. Also it is sold in the US on every drug store shelf for 1/2 the price. I would not recommend this place to work or to get your hair done!

Years ago my mother gave me a Wayspa gift card that I held off on using till the perfect spa in Whitby appeared on the Wayspa website. I really wanted to experience an incredible spa like other I have experienced living abroad for years. Well this place was worth the wait ladies. Wow! Brenda gave me the most amazing Aveda facial. ++The staff and the owner were so friendly and attentive. I would highly recommend this spa.I am definitely treating myself here again soon.
