I had a great experience with Shalynee doing my mani pedi. The nails look and feel great. Very clean, comfortable and welcoming. I will return.

I am sad to change my review but I an not happy with the product. I had my microblading done here in October 2018. When I went the first time, I was told it is done in 4 sessions but during my 2nd visit I was told it is 3 sessions. I end up with 2 sessions only and 220$ bill with nothing to show for it. The treatment which is supposed to last 1 year only lasted 2 months. I am upset because I went out of my way to asked if this treatment works on Dark skin as most product s are tested on light skin. I was told yes. After my last session in October, by December I had zero ink. They girl who did my blading was super nice and give me the best customer ever which is why I am giving 2 stars...the product itself deserves zero stars Owner's reply to my review "Hey K***, its Sh***from Sylvia's Nails I did your microblading. I saw your review about me on the business Facebook page. I told you my job is guaranteed so I dont know why you felt you had to change your review. I will do it as many times as possible but microblading is only promised to last like 6 months, I told you that in the beginning. I can offer to you again another microblading free of charge but if the aftercare is not done properly you will keep having the same results and going through an unnecessary process" This business obviously don't understand that customers have every right to voice their opinions. Hope other customers proceed with caution when dealing with this business!

I don't even know where to begin, I read all the reviews before coming to this salon for a nail refill thinking that since this salon has been around for so long and so many customers had been coming here, I though it was great. But NO. Look at the photo I have attached. The photos on the left were my nails when I got them done today, if you look carefully, it is bulky, lumpy, uneven and horrible looking. A woman in her mid 20s did this for me (i didn't catch her name). I was extremely upset with the result that on the SAME DAY, an hour later I went to another salon to get my nails redone. The new nails are on the right. Maybe I sat down with someone unexperienced because this was just horrible. The girl who worked on my nails put a gel on my nail UNEVENLY and dumped powder over it which made it look chunky. She didn't bother filling up the gap where my nails were grown out...i am very disappointed that I spent $50 on these horrible looking nails, and another $50 just so I don't have to stick with them. Just look at the difference in the pictures, honestly, those people who rated this 5 stars, got lucky with good nail technicians. I normally don't rant or do long posts, but I regret coming here and wasting my money.

SUBJECT; CHROME NAILS - I am so pleased with my end result, that I have the need to share this with who ever is searching for a professional nail salon in Oshawa. The gift of aging is truly a gift, so I don't take life for granted. So now that its ME time, which most of you gifted woman will understand, I expect that when I go out and treat myself that I deserve the BEST there is. Well Sylvia's is THE BEST THERE IS by far. I have visited a number of Nail Salons in the Durham Region over the years. The staff at Sylvia's are all fun, courteous and willing to provide you with exceptional service. Hence the reason for me sharing this with you today. I am going to try and attach a picture so you can see the amazing end product!. Cheers Everyone!.....P.S. I had to show you how fantastic my nails are by using my chrome fridge in the picture.....
