Cut my hair just as i directed, with no fuss. Shaped my beard properly as well. Price was about right for the market. I will use them again.

If I could give Kathy 0 stars I would. Even though Kathy is an employee here, she also runs her own hair business inside her home. I had been going to her for six years when she finally screwed up more than she ever has. During the six years I went to her, she never gave me, my mom OR my sister what we wanted. We should've known better and stopped going, but we figured maybe someday she would get it right. On September 13th, 2018 Kathy SLATHERED bleach onto my already bleached ends, and put me under the dryer chair. I don't know if this is a common practice at this hair studio, but you should never do that. My current hair stylist, who is also a former teacher for Goldwell's said putting bleached hair under the dryer, is like baking a cake at 500 degrees. After Kathy decided enough damage was put onto my hair from the bleach and the dryer, she washed my hair, and began combing it. The one problem? My hair was falling out in clumps. Please note I didn't want her to cut any of my hair prior to the falling out. She took it upon herself to carve into my hair like she was Edward Scissorhands or something, and at one point basically recommended that I get a bowl cut. After killing and cutting most of my hair off, she styled it and told me leave in conditioner would fix it. BS RIGHT THERE. Also, she wasn't going to give my money back until I started CRYING. She seemed unapologetic, acted as if it was my fault and was just generally the least sympathetic she could be about the situation. If you're looking for someone that cares about your hair, your wellbeing and isn't lazy or passive agressive ... I suggest you find another hair salon. If Kathy is any representation of how this salon operates, I don't understand why they are still operating, much like her own business.
