Never had a bad experience at Hotheads! I've been getting my hair done at Hotheads for the past 5 years and I have never left disappointed. Their staff is knowledgeable, professional, and always goes the extra distance to make clients feel welcomed and comfortable. I recently began getting my eyelashes done here as well, and the work is absolutely phenomenal. I will come here again and again and continue to recommend to friends and family!

I visited Hot Heads for the first time last Saturday and I left not feeling the greatest and quite upset, as the hair I got wasn't what I was hoping for. I wouldn't say my stylist did a bad job, it just wasn't what I invisioned and felt she maybe didn't take the time to fully understand what I wanted. All this being said I went back and spoke to a couple of the other stylists to explain my situation. Right away they listened and offered a solution so I would be happy. I was offered to come back in to the salon at a time convenient for me to fix my hair. I was supposed to see the same stylist that I originally saw but she ended up not being available today, so another girl saw me. Not only did she achieve the exact look I wanted but I am very grateful that she took the time out of her own schedule to see me even though I wasn't her client. Very good customer serivce! Thanks so much. :)

Choppy Layers. Unfortunately dissatisfied with my most recent visit to Hot Heads, as it's one of my go tos for a colour and cut. Was sure to clarify with the hairdresser that the cut I wanted was a simple trim, no layers, a couple inches off was good with me. (even up the ends) However when in the stylist chair I was asked again what we were doing for the cut. To mention again no layers, not long, not short, none. I walked out and soon realized my hair was cut in layers which I did not ask for :( at least 4 inches were cut off bringing a whole bunch of random short pieces sitting at my shoulders. :( please don't cut someone's hair the way you'd prefer or think would look best.

Incredible place. I took my 9 year.old to get her super long hair cut off. They were so amazing, full wash and blow dry and they were meticulous making sure the cut was perfect. Booked my next appointment right away. $32 taxes and tip.... Such a great value.

Steve Skura is an excellent RMT. He is extremely knowledgeable, professional, and personable. He effectively treats my target areas through deep tissue massage and reflexology. I would recommend his services to anyone looking for an excellent RMT.
