Just had a cut with Youssra and the whole experience was lovely. The scalp massage almost put me to sleep (lol) and she did a wonderful job with the cut. I have a lot of hair and it takes a while to blow dry but she handled it well and gave me a lovely blow out. I'll definitely be back to have my hair cut by her and would recommend her and the salon to anyone :)

Have been coming here for years. They have friendly and great staff, and professional and very talented stylists. They can prove a scalp massage, and other bells and whistles, of you can get just a haircut. Recommend!

I recently had a curly creative cut with Jessica and I highly do not recommend seeing her. I had to go back four times and still did not get the cut, or colour, that I was looking for. After having been repeatedly ignored about the style I was looking for, I had to have her repeat back to me what it was I was looking for. Even though she was able to communicate what I wanted, she still did not give me the balayage I was looking for, and proceeded to blame it on my iron deficiency. I find that really interesting as the shade of blonde was right, just not the style. On top of that, she was very condescending towards my hair care routine and told me not to go blonde because I'm "clearly not up to the maintenance." My first experience at this salon, with a different stylist, was the best experience I've ever had with my hair which is why I'm giving them four stars. However, at the end of the fourth visit Jessica discouraged me from coming back.

I've always struggled with getting a proper style for my long hair until I met Anthony. Since he cut my hair, I have been getting compliments non-stop! Thank you Anthony, I love my haircut!

Iâ€™ve been coming to BossArts since 2014 and in my humble and obviously biased opinion, itâ€™s the best salon in whole of Ottawa! The service here is top of the top - professional and personal at the same time. And Iâ€™m a picky European guy if that matters.
