Donna and Petula are amazing. They do fantastic work! They aren't the cheapest, on purpose, but are so worth it! I am so pleased, and will definitely keep coming back.

I just spend a gorgeous afternoon with the best salon in centre town Ottawa. Michelle has been cutting my hair and styling it for almost 2 years. She has an amazing talent and a bubbly personality. She is customer oriented and I always leave with exactly the style I want. She has taken my fine limp hair to a stylist head of hair with bounce. From the time you walk into the salon you are treated with the full service with a fresh brewed coffee and biscotti. The salon has a beautiful antique charm with a touch of glam. Owner Donna is a charming classy lady that makes every client feel like a special lady from the minute you walk through the door. Today Petula coloured my hair. I've never had a salon colour and she took the time to consult with me and came up with a stunning colour. My husband just loves my hair. Thank you to all 3 ladies for making me feel good and look great.

I had the most welcoming, warm reception at this salon, something I had not experienced at other places where I;ve been, especially when you're a first time client. Michelle listened to my comments and concerns, and then put her fantastic technical skill and creativity to work, and voilÃ¡, I ended up with a beautiful mane of hair. The Cool Red Room staff is extremely professional, friendly and at the top of their game.

First visit at this salon, and it was awesome. Michelle gave me a very cute haircut. She really understands how to work with curly/wavy hair. Nice atmosphere with a friendly, buzzing vibe. I will be back next time I need a haircut or touch up :)
