Worst nail salon I’ve EVER been too. I just moved here and though I’d try this place out.I asked for a fill on my acrylic nails and it started chipping before I even got to my car. It was 50 for a plain colour and the saddest excuse of a design. I wish this would let me upload photos. Within 2 days, half of the nail polish chipped off and there was nail polish under the nails as well. It just looked so messy, I could’ve done a better job. I phoned to get a refund and they refused.

Worst place I've been

I called all my usual places I go yesterday and they were all booked so I thought id try here. well I'm very disappointed and won't be going back. I got powder dip nails done, which they do different then everywhere I went. One of my nails is SUPER crooked and when I mentioned it just got kinda ignored and pushed aside. Also I told the guy like 5 times I wanted matte top coat and they said they don't do that? meanwhile my finishing nails looked matte and powdery still... my one nail was literally white it will looked just all powder and when I asked him to make it look like the other nails he put clear coat on it so it was shiny and the rest were not. I was very unimpressed. I get up to pay and it was 67$????? wtf. I got a little design on my accent nail and he did not tell me it was extra. this place is over priced and they don't care if they mess up I had to use my own matte clear coat. I will NOT be coming back here.

Got a gel nail full set Customer service was fine, the woman helping me was doing a pedicure at the same time, which sounds bad, but she did manage it very efficiently. Nails were a bit longer than id have liked and when i asked her to trim it, she made my nails flatter instead. This turned my nails to be a bit uneven and angled. The atmosphere was nice, and i felt comfortable. Will visit again to make a final decision

Nice location, acrylic nails are done well, gel nail vary depending on who is your technician

Absolutely the worst place to go! 4.5 hours for a pedicure and gel nails. Not only was it the worst customer service, and the worst time management service but my pedicure took 15 mins and my toes look like my 4 year old niece painted them. Let’s not worry about that so much as my gel nails took over 3.5 hours and my fingers were hit with the grinder numerous times leaving my hands bloody, the nails were crooked and some fell off this morning on my way to work! Now I have mangled fingers from their grinder, and I have to pay someone else to fix the nails.
