First time experience: Went here as part of a bachelorette party spa day. The staff was welcoming and friendly, as well as equipped to handle a party of 5 women simultaneously. There are massage chairs attached to foot baths for pedicures in front of a large window with a view of greenery and the river. Pricing was fair, shop is clean, there is parking available. Note: This Spa does not accommodate acrylic nails.

Lovely staff and very relaxing environment. My boyfriend and I also really enjoyed our couples massage. I would definitely go back and recommend it to others

Went this past Friday with my sister as we both had received gift cards for the Urban Planner Package (mani, pedi, paraffin). We have been before in the past and as expected the spa atmosphere was very enjoyable with nice music, decor, and view of the Ottawa River. The staff also ensured that since we booked our appointment together that we were able to be beside each other the entire visit (manicure room and in the pedicure chairs). The staff was very polite, pleasant, and seemed to be well trained in their jobs. The staff did try maybe too much to make conversation; it would be nice if we could have made a note to have minimal talking during the visit. The experience on the whole was enjoyable, the massage and equipment used was nice, except for the manicure - perhaps it is the type of polish they use but both of our nails had significantly chipped by the evening (Yes, not even 12 hours after). This is why I would not give 5 stars.
