This was an amazing day with a full massage, facial and pedicure! Really loved it, perfect pressure on the massage, nice, clean salon with friendly staff. Really only held out on the 5th star because we weren't told about being able to park in the adjacent lot before arriving and an overly bubbly greeter (maybe that's just me). Other than that it was truly perfect.

I had my first experience with Pettigrew Spa and I can say that I am very satisfied with the services that I received. The front desk staff is very welcoming as well as all other staff. I received a full head perm from Karissa and am very pleased with the results, she took her time and was very knowledgable about perms. I highly recommend Karissa for those looking to get a perm done :)

I got my hair cut and colored just a couple stripes for 50 and change and I love the girls there are all so encouraging

My hubby and I attended Pettigrew for a couples massage to celebrate our wedding anniversary. The inside of the spa is quite welcoming and lovely. Staff seemed friendly. We have had couples massages in several other spas but were left feeling underwhelmed here. When I think of a couples massage I think of a room with sort of a romantic feel (lowered lights, soft music, aroma therapy etc...) our massage was in a brightly lit room with two folks were ready to chat about hockey, the weather..... Not that they werenâ€™t nice enough, itâ€™s just not what I had in mind when I booked. Also we booked an hour and the masseuse spent the whole 60 mins on my neck and shoulders. Perhaps a miscommunication, I donâ€™t know. I guess full body should have been requested on my part. I was just confused because I had filled out a form prior to the massage naming my trouble spots I had assumed that all spots would be addressed. I ended up walking out wanting more and with a sore neck from being rubbed repeatedly in the same spot.

Really enjoyed my time yesterday. To Caitlin and the other lady working on myself and Amber.. The movie quote . I think we're goin in .. Was from Helen hunt in twister when they went through the house on the road ðŸ˜
