Coolest set of talented ladies. Atmosphere is so chill I feel very comfortable there. The are so nice and I always have a good laugh with everyone there. It's nice to see staff getting along so well. I go to a couple girls to get my haircut and all do an amazing job. I'm sure all the reviews that weren't so nice are for girls who no longer work there cuz there has been a lot of new faces over the years. But everyone there now are great!

My Stylist Lindsay was very accommodating to me as I am on a tight schedule with my job. I'm very picky and she made me feel comfortable, understood how I wanted my hair and complied. I found all the girls there very welcoming and friendly. I recommend this salon and the stylist I had Lindsay was very good I will definitely be going back and will be telling my family, friends and co-workers at the office to try this place. Thanks!

This is one of the nicest/cleanest/diverse salon/spas in Pickering Town Centre. The staff is so welcoming and caring and pay attention to all details. Even if I am use to going to one lady who I will mention soon, all staff acknowledges you when you walk in and greets you with a smile. The salon/spa also offers tea while you wait on busy days. I would personally like to highlight Sarika (Soni). She's been doing my eyebrows (threading) for years and every time I get them done, I get numerous compliments. She's honest, clean, professional, friendly and welcoming. I promise you that you will never be disappointed if you get any work done by her! She truly cares about all her clients and takes her work very seriously. Thank you to everyone at Volume and keep up the good work! The negative comments does not serve this place justice. Try it out!

Great place to get a good shellac manicure! I only wish they did nail designs though :( but other than that the service is great!

I always have a wonderful experience when i go. Christine is an amazing hairstylist and Brittney is amazing for mani/pedi and facials. Staff is always nice and friendly. Try it you won't be disappointed
