Madison was fantastic, as always! She asks lots of good questions to make sure she understands what I'm looking for with my haircut, and then executes it flawlessly. She checks in with me along the way to make sure I'm doing well (which I always am - it's SO relaxing to have my hair done!). Although I know her schedule is packed, I never feel like she's rushing me through my appointment, which is really appreciated. I really look forward to my appointments and the pampering I get to enjoy during that time, and Madison is a pro with my hair so I always leave extremely happy with my new cut :)

I had a great experience with kayla. She truly is a perfectionist and patient. Perfect manicure. However given the price $35 for a manicure the place was awful. Did not feel elegant luxurious special or pampered. The atmosphere is part of the experience. The place is very old no ambiance and walls are awful I saw cobwebs on ceiling. The pedicure seat cushions are ripped. The lighting dreary. I can go on and on. To boot the water was cut off I couldn't even wash my hands. Very unacceptable. A salon with no water. I wouldn't believe it if someone told me. They need a complete renovation in order to get me back. I cant believe people recommend such a place.very sad because Kayla was great.

Loved my experience at Scruples today! Had the pleasure of meeting Olga who was very warm, friendly and patient with me.. she gave me great advice and tips and did a wonderful job with my Balayage treatment… it looks fantastic and the best part is that it was exactly the way I wanted it. Thanks Olga & Scruples… see you again soon :)

Great service excellent pedicure-Kyla is super skilled and friendly she did not rush the service. I’ll definitely be going back. The cost is more than your average shop but, in my opinion, worth it. The only negative is the bench seating in front of the pedi seats a a bit uncomfortable

Olga was amazing! Hilarious and very personable. She executed my cut with upmost precision and technique. Loved the whole experience. Walked away with a beautiful cut and a lot of laughs :)
