Came here because my usual place was booked solid and I was in need of a nail treatment. I got bio gel with shellac and am not pleased with the results. I asked for an almond shape and showed the woman doing my nails a picture of how I wanted them to look. Keep in mind this picture was of my own hand the last time I had my nails done. She screwed up my left ring finger royally and when I pointed it out she claimed she was "still filing and it would look good in a minute". I explained to her that she took too much off one side of the nail and if she evens it out on the other side this nail will be extremely narrow compared to all my other nails. She proceeded to pile more gel on to a nail shape I was displeased with. I pointed this out and she ignored me and started to paint my colour on. Not to mention there's adhesive on the edges of my nail beds and she tried her hardest to jam the edges of my nail beds down so I wouldn't notife causing me pain. I shouldn't have to leave a nail salon to come home and file off excess adhesive or rough edges. This place is terrible do yourself a favour and book an appointment anywhere else.

Professional, friendly, clean. A GREAT place to get any type of Esthetics done...nails-manicures-pedicures-waxing-lashes, whatever you need. I have been going to see Sara and Don for many years and have recommended Urban Nails to many of my friends and family.
