they are terrible. I went in to get my hair ombré and walk out with lines of bleach and spots on my hair SERIOUSLY!! they when I got home I realized it and called to see if I could get it fixed or my money back and they laughed at me. Terrible customer service and truly think you could find a better salon than them. now I have to go to grad looking like this. I’m 13 and work hard for my money and they took advantage.i think I could do better with dollar store hair dye jeez. Also she ruined my brand new sweater while dropping hair bleach on it. DO NOT RECOMMEND

let me just say.... she ruined my hair with trying to make it ‘’ombré’’ doesn’t look anything like the photo I showed. She laughed in my face when I called back now trying to fight to get the money back this is sick

I'm absolutely disgusted this is even a functioning salon. As a professional stylist I am appalled at the work that I saw first hand come put of this salon from the owner. I spent almost 5 hours fixing a young girls hair who saved her babysitting money to get an ombre type colouring dine on her never coloured before hair. The amount of work I jad to do to blend out all of the harsh lines and spots where the bleach was clearly not applied properly to acheive this technique. Being in the industry I see things like this far too often. Just because you are a stylist and own a salon does not mean you rob innocent clients who trust your "knowledge" and "experience" when looking for trendy cuts amd colours. It is so much more then slapping bleach on someone's ends. If you are not knowledgeable in new techniques take a class amd educate yourself as this is an industry constantly changing, or just don't do it...because what ends up happening with social media and the Internet is you commit career suicide. Absolutely embarassed to share the same job title as someone who would put out this kind of work and claim no one would do a better job. it's one thing to stand behind your work, if it's quality, it's another to rip people off and destroy their hair out of pure ignorance.

Friend went, came out with blotchy, uneven and streaky “ombré”. Wasn’t given anything like what was asked for. Laughed when she asked for refund, awful customer service. Hair looks ratchet and gross. Ruined hair, will be costly to fix. Why did it take so long to paint uneven lines in effort to mimick ombré.
