You have to book before you can come in. 1 time we booked it and waited much longer than stated, another time said a 30 min wait but it was more like 3 mins. They charge more for a girl kid's cut than for a boys...and some of the pictures that they show for the boy's cut were a lot more detailed than the simple cut we had...not cool.

I have been a regular customer of the okotoks branch, i am not happy with the kind of haircut i got this time. the guy (old asian guy) who attended me was having a difficulty in understanding the instructions on the sheet from my previous haircut and i was having a hard time in understanding what exactly he was saying.

Ive been getting hair cuts here since I was a kid. Today I was spoke to very rudely and aggressively by one of the workers. I can't wear a mask because of health reasons and was forced to wait outside like I was a dog. Felt very discriminated. Will never use this business again.
