I would not recommend this studio to anyone. It took approximately 7 hours to complete my hair and I was told that it will take 4-5 hours. The whole experience was long and in the end I got super dry, broken, fried hair. I agree with some other reviewers that the staff there are not gentle at all with your hair. The staff member who was brushing my hair was ripping chunks out and there was so much of my hair on the brush. So now my hair is broken and dry and will require major repair. Do not waste your money on this place.

I have done 3 sessions of balayage from Lana and her team , every single time they make me look amazing and feel so fabulous after I got it done , colour fade out so nice and I donâ€™t have to keep toning it too often . All the girls here is so friendly and nice and a little cute puppy name Bailey keep me company all the time ,make my appointment went by a lot faster lol ðŸ˜‚ Totally recommend this place ðŸ’œ

I had a pretty good experience visiting Ice Studio. I showed Lana the hair colour I wanted (a photo from her instagram) and it turned out just the way I wanted it to. However, it is true what other reviewers say in that you'll likely get your hair done by one of her assistants. I'm pretty sure I had about 4-5 different girls work on my hair all throughout my 5.5 hour appointment. Lana maybe worked on it for a total of 1 hour. I was told it would be 4 hours to do my hair, so it kinda sucked when it dragged on for 5.5. This was definitely due to overbooking - I had to wait on the couch for about half an hour during my appointment, hair up in a towel, while a seat opened for me (which was when another appointment went to wash their hair). I don't think that the service is overly friendly, but they weren't rude by any means. I had one girl who definitely tried her best to make conversation with me, and I appreciated that. All of the girls were really nice, including Lana, but they're just all really busy and running around so I get it. Overall, i'd definitely go back to Lana for my hair in the future. She got the colour spot on and i'm really happy with it, two weeks later! Another reason to visit is the oh so cute resident dog, Billy!

Got my hair done here nearly 3 years ago and it still has a top spot on being one of the WORST experiences of my life. My hair was long and already light, but it was in good condition. I only decided to come here cause I found her IG and it SEEMED like she knew what she was doing. Youâ€™ll essentially be paying $300+ for Lana to touch your hair for a bit and the rest will be up to her newbie assistants. They completely butchered my hair, it was literally falling off in chunks just inches away from my scalp! ðŸ™ my hair was gummy and would snap off whenever I washed it. I spent a fortune on hair treatments, not to mention the amounts of trims I got to slowly cut off the damage. I spent at least 2 years stressing over my hair and and would feel like crying whenever I saw a glimpse of it. Itâ€™s still not as long, even or nice as it used to be.. Going here is definetly one of my biggest regrets. Believe in the reviews and donâ€™t do it.

-0. Do not come here. I am so disappointed with my hair and the whole experience. Ive been to her before and had really liked my hair and this time it went really downhill. I went to get a balayage and came out with a whole head of unblended blonde hair with black roots. I tried telling myself it looked good but after a week and a half of hating to look in the mirror I gave in and texted Lana to tell her I did not like the look. She told me to book in an appointment to get it fixed. and so I did, after she came back from her vacation because I wanted HER to fix it and not the new workers who spent 90% of the time on my hair when I got it done ( which also annoyed me cause I booked to get my hair done from her not them) Over imsg I communicated to her what I didn't like and how I wanted dimension and blend and sent pictures and she replied saying yeah it looks like you have roots and I told her that was how I left her salon and it isn't grown in roots, its how my hair was done ( sent a picture of my current hair ) and then told her to look at the previous msgs and pictures I sent at 1.5 weeks when I first told her I didn't like it (to compare my current hair and when I got it done) She THEN has the audacity to reply back saying "First of all.." and "If I had paid the day of, I must've been happy about the look" and she has no history of prior msgs and sends a screenshot of our conversation of me booking and confirming the appointment ONLY. LOL im not dumb. I know you can delete comments on imsg and then send a screenshot of a customized chat. The shadyness and horrible customer service lost me as a client 100%. (I did send her screenshots of our whole conversation to "remind" her and she replied saying I msged 2 weeks late and after two weeks you need toning done) Wtf? If people were toning their hair every two weeks there would be no hair on their head. The whole conversation frustrated me so much. The only reason I came back to her to get it "fixed" was because she told me it would be 80$ to fix on imsg, which I though thats reasonable. When I went in to get it fixed and told her AGAIN why I didn't like the harsh contrast and wanted a blend I was told it would be an additional $260 to do a head of baby lights to fix it!! (already paid $300, for something i didn't want). I couldn't afford spending 560$ on my hair within 1 month and half. So I had to do the toning for $80 (her best deal) as she said it will blend better. So I gave her a chance. When the coworker started blow drying my hair I started crying in the seat cause I still hated my hair and couldn't believe I spent this much money on my short hair (up to my clavicle) Never coming back to her again. Finding a new hair artist. She has moved to Quantity over Quality.
