I tried to call in advance for schedule availability. I couldn't remember the name of the stylists. (there are only two stylists). The lady who picked up the phone and asked me the name of the stylist. I said I don't remember, then she just said you find out the name and call back, then she just hanged up. She even not gave me any chance to ask the name of the stylists. I though maybe it is hard to talk on the phone, that why I came to the shop and tried to book a time. The younger stylist told us he will be available after 6:00pm, but there is a lady ( I think she is the one who picked up the phone before) she said today is fully booked, you need to come back tomorrow. When I tried to say I got another answer is today at 6:00pm, then she started to get mad. She said that I tried to causing trouble. Then there is an older stylist who is very very rude and said you guys making trouble, if you guys don't want to do, you guys should leave immediately( he said that very very rude in Chinese, his face and body language looks like he could hit us anytime. (I am female, I had my kid and my Mom with me) I don't want to fight, and I don't know why their attitude like this. this is not about a bad customer service. For me, it is like bully, (especially in front of his people( they still got customers there)
