Jacky did an excellent job cutting my hair and creating a fringe. I have dry ends because I bleached it three times in the past two years. We made small talk, and he was very informative about when you should or shouldn't rebleach. I didn't need to make an appointment, walked in at the right time. But I did noticed people waiting up to 15-20min. One thing I wasn't totally satisfied with was how thin my hair was after he sheared/cut my hair. Not a big deal for me because my hair is on the thick side. It'll go back to normal in abt 3months. Overall would recommend. Make reservation or go on a weekday. Paid $45+tips. Accept cards, but they prefer cash.

Whether you've booked an appointment or not, there's always a long wait. Either before your turn, or during, when they leave you halfway to go work on someone else. Also, the stylist isn't good at following instructions, cutting you the way they want you to look, rather than how you exactly want it. Overall, it's pricey after tips, for a mediocre to poor experience.

Worst hair stylist I EVER met, so rough, so unfriendly, unapproachable, I told him to have a simple layer bob cut, I guess anybody knew what I meant, then he was so rough and said that I said it wrong, if you want bob, then don't say you want to layer, if you want layer don't say you want bob hair???? what a salon????what a customer service from this hair stylish, don't forget customer come to spend money not come to get yell at. I don't think I need a hair cut from this hair dresser, and I won't go back forever for sure.

Worst hair salon ever. Long wait, very messy, horrible service. I made an appointment for a simple haircut and was there on time. They, however, made me wait for 45 minutes and even then, none of the stylists was ready for me. All they've done to that point was washing my hair with some questionable shampoo and kept me waiting in the same chair for almost an hour. I finally ran out of time and patience, and had to leave. I did not get any apology. It was such an unpleasant experience and I would never go back to that hair salon ever.
