I heard about Shay's studio and how good they are, an award winning salon. I never had a chance to go until recently. She gave me a beautiful haircut. I am extremely picky about my hair and was blow away from the quality of service and the amazing hair cut. Two weeks after I decided to change my hair color to mocha, she gave me a rich vibrant color, I could not be happier! I talked about the frizzyness of my hair, she suggested keratin therapy which in decided to go with. Now I have silky mocha hair which takes one blow dry to get the result. Shay is a wonderful sweet lady and she has a fantastic taste for consulting with the client.

WORST salon experience + WORST hair cut EVER. Unbelievably BAD experience. went in for a trim, said i was growing hair long, just wanted a trim to keep the shape. First: washed my hair in cold water. then cut every hair on my head to be about 2 inches long. Came out looking like brady bunch mom. What part of i want long layers translates to add 50 more layers to my hair? NOT HAPPY. ITS GOING TO TAKE 2 YEARS TO GROW MY HAIR BACK TO WHAT IT WAS JUST TO START OVER. TOTAL FAIL ! Everybody asks me what did i do to my hair? why did i do that, it was so nice. Yeah, it WAS. but not any more! I refer everybody i know to go elsewhere.

I would definitely recommend Shay to my friends. I always love my colour, highlights and haircuts. Shay is attentive and I feel very comfortable communicating with her. I'm glad I found her a few years ago!!

Shay has been doing my hair for over 10 years, and I always get so many compliments on my highlights! She is so talented, warm, friendly, and professional. I always leave the salon feeling fabulous. I would absolutely recommend Shay to anyone! She is amazing!!!
