Pathetic service

I had really a bad experienced with 𝙎𝙖𝙞𝙧𝙖 ,I would have given a zero star to her .They told me different price for the balayage service on message I.e 220 and they told me there would be extra I said ok and they introduced me on insta with stylist for the consultation .we agreed on 400 and when I visited there for hair colour she said there would be extra on top of 400.they tried lot of tricks to make more money and at the end they did not even blow dry my hair ,no cutting because I was not ready to pay more than 400 and did not even check that my colour is toned or not .they just wasted to make money .there were no manager to whom you can complaints .what I get is the worst service from salon Filomena .I would not recommend this to any one .specifically from 𝙎𝙖𝙞𝙧𝙖 and Filomena salon .I don’t know how they are claiming they are best in the town .they have worst services.

Hair with Em

Saw Emily last week for a cut last week, really Happy with the result, not really used to styling my hair, as I am a wash and go kinda Gal, so important to get the right cut that looks Great! Thanks Em…..Toni

I'm the least hair oriented person I know, and almost never change my hair. However I needed a quick colour change for my wedding and I took my chances at Filomena. I was paired up with Emily, and she did an amazing job. I had to run out and couldn't get a blow out. But my hair was beautiful and I would definitely go back to Emily!

I come to Filomena salon to have my hair done with Paula. The salon is very cute and the staff are warm and friendly. Paula is an amazing hair stylist!! Her knowledge of hair is unbelievable. Sheâ€™s fabulous with cut and colour! So happy she was recommended to me by a friend!!

Went to Pauline for a manicure and pedicure, she did an amazing job, the massage is great and my nails looked fabulous!! I also had waxing, brow & lash tint and Pauline is great at it all!! She is very professional and the salon is clean and relaxing. Love this place and will be back for Pauline's services again!

I have been getting my hair done by Carla for the last 14 years, with the last 6 years or so while at Filomena Salon. The staff are friendly, the space is clean and modern and they use high quality products. I highly recommend booking in with Carla if you are looking for a knowledgeable and skilled stylist.

I've been coming to Filomena salon to see Donna for the past few years. Her ombre's on me always comes out so beautiful and I have a tendency to always go light and dark again, so she always provides the best tips on how to keep my hair healthy. Also, her head massages are absolutely amazing! I would just come in for that. So pleased with my service!
