I wouls say Sora is a truly talented hair stylist and I always enjoy my appointments.I'm already looking forward to my next appointment .

If I could give less than 1 star I would. I had an appointment for my 22 month old at 1030am which I had made a week in advance. The place was supposed to open at 10am and the people never showed up. I called and was told to come back later. I had already driven a distance to get there and you want me to come back later. How about get staff to be at your salon to service your customers.

I bought my sister a Groupon that was to include a haircut, full colour, and partial highlights. The lady didn't do the full colour, didn't even ask what colour she wanted for highlights and made her wait a long time. I called to tell the owner about the issue and she was extremely ride and ended up hanging up on me. I do not suggest this place

I have been here two times and both times I had great results. She is very friendly and takes good care of her clients. She spent nearly 6 hours on my hair to get it from black to blonde, and she was very cautious and made sure to get a nice colour without doing damage to my hair. I have trust in her when it comes to my hair, and I will be back again for sure

Bought my mom a Groupon for this salon - cut, full colour, shampoo = BIG MISTAKE. I have never been to such an unprofessional salon in my life. We get there at 10:55am for an 11am appointment only to walk into a busy sitting area, quickly realizing that there were 3 of us with an 11am appointment and the stylist not even at the salon yet. We waited 30+ mins before my mom was even taken up for her turn. The ladies at the salon seem to be more interested in talking to each other than working on their clients. There was another girl there looking to dye her hair purple and one of the stylists didn't agree and ended up sitting next to me complaining how people can't decide what they want, how purple and bleach is a bad idea and basically venting about the customer to me - it was so awkward. Sora herself was dying her own hair while we were there, getting one of the girls to help apply the dye to her hair. When she wasn't doing that, she was on the phone. When she wasn't doing that, shes was in conversation with what looked like friends/can that kept popping in. Overall was just a very chaotic, unorganized, unprofessional experience. Wouldn't go back again.
