I came to get Dreads for the first time and V was awesome! She treats you as you are home, and the company and reassurance she portrays is impeccable. I feel good coming into her salon. She does an amazing job! I highly recommend her and Ammerose salon to do a great job with whatever you are looking to have done. Xo Ren

They are real HAIR ARTISTS at Ammerose! You get personalized service from consultation to after-care if you require. I got box-braids and they look so good from V's work- thank you! It's a positive, inclusive space and they really listen to what you want. The location is also super convenient and they might even be able to provide for parking, which is so useful if you'll be there for a few hours. I would definitely recommend this place and wish all the best to the awesome team!

First time getting my hair braided by V and I couldn't be happier!! she went above and beyond to make sure it was exactly what I came in for! I love what she did with my braids! Anyone looking for braids and it's their first time, I highly recommend to check out Ammerose Hair Salon! Thank you V!

I sought this salon out to bring my birthday hair dreams to life, and was definitely not disappointed with the experience. The salon is cozy and felt a lot like my own hair salon experiences back in the Caribbean, and I appreciated Veloris' time in helping me figure out what was needed before, during, and after my appointment. Plus all the compliments on my hair really seal the deal! I'd gladly visit them again for future services ~

I thought this salon had closed down but found it again by sheer fluke. I am so glad I did. It was awesome then and It is awesome now. Professional service, helpful advice and welcoming atmosphere. It is so extremely difficult to find an excellent black hair salon in Vancouver. Look no further - you've found it!
