Polite over the phone while booking. Offered beverages on arrival. Took AGES to cut my hair making sure everything was perfect. Really took care and seemed passionate about making sure I got a good cut. Wash and shampoo. This all came to $45. Iâ€™ve been charged way more by so called trendy barber shops and had a way worse experience. Well worth the money. UPDATED: Really sad that Iâ€™ve had to update my review. After having a great first visit I tried booking another appointment. The first call I rang a few times, got no answer, and so left a voicemail. I received no call back for a week. I tried a second time and managed to get through. The receptionist seemed very confused with my request for an appointment. Not sure why. I eventually spoke with the stylist as the phone was handed over. They quite bluntly cut me off as I explained I wanted a haircut and told me to leave my number so they could call me back. I gave my number and tried explaining I didnâ€™t get a call back last time but they just hung up. Very strange. So I waited and to my shock I didnâ€™t get a call back. I wait several days and called for a third time but after a number of attempts got no answer. After my previous two attempts I decided not to leave a message and resided to the fact Iâ€™d have to go elsewhere. Very disappointing.

Asami is one of the most incredible barbers in the Vancouver area. As a guy with long hair I can really appreciate her ability to shape, style and fade. Whether it be for a cut or a shave you will not be disappointed!

I have been seeing Navkiran for my eyebrows for 2 years now. She runs her 4 Angels Beauty Care Inc. here. Every time I see her she does the most lovely job. The symmetry she does for the eyebrows enhances the best qualities of all her customers face shapes. She helps me look and feel my best when we are finished. Her kindness to all her customers is a special touch to each visit. She is caring, genuine,smart and I highly recommend her to anyone. I am so fortunate to have found her in Vancouver!

Giuliano is really good and the staff is all very friendly. It's a bit pricey but in my opinion it's worth it, I just end up waiting a bit longer between cuts ðŸ˜‚

Not pleased with the service I received. I went to request an appointment on Thursday November 29th for Saturday December 1st and the guy that help me, wrote it on the wrong date (Saturday, December 8th), so when I got there on Saturday I didn't have an appointment, finally I got my hair cut but couldn't get my highlights. So I wasn't very pleased about the service on my first experience. However I had good experience with @4angelsbeautycare Navkiran she is an expert doing eyebrow shape, she fixed my eyebrow right away and has an amazing technique, she is very skilled and lovely person.
