I was really disappointed with the services from Prep Beauty Parlour. I got my nails done here for the first time and unfortunately will not be going back. I had a good in-house experience: athough I wasn't greeted (which wasn't a big deal) , I waited in the beautifully decorated lobby. My nail artist was extremely nice, offered me a beverage, and I enjoyed the atmosphere overall. Very relaxing. I was really happy with my nails, however the reason I am giving a bad review is because the final product was horrible. This photo was taken on day 7 after my manicure. I've never had gel polish come off this quick and suddenly. The nails that are completely uncovered in polish lifted right up from my nail (I had to end up peeling the bottom off to remove). You can see the chips on the rest of my nails and see how my thumb also lifted (I was able to cut the polish off to prevent peeling and damaging this nail). As I said, I have never had a gel manicure last less that a week. I am extremely disappointed with the services, especially given that I had a good in-house experience. I won't be coming back and wouldn't recommend these service.

We came here for my daughterâ€™s grade 12 grad hair/makeup. It was a great choice, service was wonderful and my daughter left looking and feeling beautiful for her grad. The cost was reasonable and completely worth the experience. My daughter was certainly made to feel special, the environment was relaxing and glamorous! I can't thank Prep and my daughterâ€™s makeup artist/hair stylist enough. Next time I need to get glammed up, Iâ€™ll be coming here. Highly recommend!

It was the worst pedicure I have ever received. I left with my feet the exact same as when I got there. I was done in less than 20 minutes and paid $96 for my daughter and I!! However the people were very nice.

Shayna was fantastic and my eyelashes look amazing! The ambiance of the parlour was professional and upbeat, and I felt super comfortable the whole time.

I've been coming here for years for their lash service. The space is clean, comfortable and very trendy. They play light music in the lash room to help you snooze through your appointment.
