The worst experience I have ever had at a salon. Walked in wanting a copper balayage and originally had nice blonde hair. Artist didn’t really seem to know what she was doing but said she could do it. She then dyed my hair bright orange and thought it was exactly like the picture. At this point my scalp was bruised from how rough she was and burned from the dye. I started crying as it was not at all what I wanted. She then spoke with a couple other artists and said she would fix it. She then died my roots dark dark brown and bleached the rest of my head. My hair is now completely fried and will be extremely hard to do any other dye job with!!! Was there over five hours. PLEASE JUST SAY YOU CANNOT DO WHAT A CLIENT IS ASKING FOR! Was so rushed and botched.

the lady was super nice and I love the design she did on my underneath but I’m really disappointed with my bangs, I explained what I wanted and showed her a picture, they were cut with some sort of blade and not the scissors. I told her they were too short. She tried to fix it but once you cut short it doesn’t matter. I didn’t want straight across bangs. More of a framed bang look(as my previous cut was, which I showed her a picture of) She didn’t take into consideration that my hair was curly till after she had chopped my hair. Like I said she was very nice, but my bangs are short and choppy and don’t blend into my hair well now. I expressed this at the front as well that I don’t like my bangs at all and to put on file if I come back (big if) to put me with someone who can cut curly hair. I did tip for my design which was really nice.

I got my hair highlighted ombre in march from here...after 1 or 2 wash my hair changed their color to brassy blonde which i didn't asked for. My hair are dry, brittle and out of moisture now..my stylist recommend me nioxin thinning shampoo and conditioner and it made my hair more worse I spent $60 something on them Total $350 for worst highlights, worst haircut I ever had and worst shampoo I had ever bought. Never going here again...my stylist face said it all at the end of my session that she did a bad job on my hair. No doubt she was friendly but the results I got were terrible. I was resisting to post a review from long time but each time I see my hair I want to cry. Maybe this will calm me down.

The staff was so rude. I went for highlights she done very bad job. When I ask for fix she was so mad on me.Never recommend this place.

Amazing service. The stylist are very experienced. I have been happy with my haircut and beard trim every time. The staff is amazing, friendly and always welcoming. Thank you Aura i would highly recommend this place to everyone.
