These people butchered my hair. It took me a while to come write this review so maybe things are better now.. but I booked an appointment to have highlights and lowlights put in my hair. I asked for the most experienced person there because I love my long hair and I don't usually trust just anyone with it but I was needing a change and they had some kind of sale. I told the woman working on my hair that I wanted it to look NATURAL, like sun kissed.. a Jennifer Anniston kind of glow. She put big blocks of bleach through my hair and then put something in it that made it look orange.. it was terrible. I was so upset when I got home and sa it in natural light that I cried. I called back very upset and said I wanted my money back, and they refused. They said they would let me come in to have it 'fixed'.. I argued but they wouldn't budge. So I go in again, they give me a different stylist, and she strips my hair and re-does it and it's even worse than before. I can't even describe it. If I could post pictures here I would. I cried right there in the store as she was blow drying my hair.. I told them again I wanted my god damn money back. I showed them pictures before any of this started of what I wanted and this was NOTHING like that. I hadn't dyed my hair previous to this for many many years so it was NOT due to left over colours in the hair. They butchered my virgin hair. I looked like a squash. I still shutter when I look at the pictures from that time. And they wouldn't do a thing about it. I even called head office and hey just kept offering me more free stuff... seriously when someone is that unhappy with the service the last thing they want from you is MORE SERVICE. I will NEVER let ANYONE from this yuppy establishment touch my head EVER AGAIN. If I could give them zero stars, I would.
