I had a wonderful time during my appointment with Mel. She was so warm and welcoming and made me feel like I've known her for ages. My hair colour and cut turned out even better than I had hoped. Mel took the time to understand what kind of hair person I am (I do not style my own hair. Ever.) and did a cut and colour that works for me perfectly. Thanks Mel!

I've been seeing Jasmine for a few years at the sapphire hair lounge and I have gotten regular cuts, vivids and special event hair numerous times. Jasmine always does a great job. The salon is cute and comfortable. The prices are reasonable as well! I strongly recommend this salon.

Lorie brought my hair back to life!! I first visited Lorie back in March when I was a lost soul walking around with dark panels throughout my hair from a poorly done dye job. I could not identify with my hair. The colour did nothing for my curls and was not complementary to my complexion. Lorie worked her magic and I left the salon with a gorgeous golden ombre that created depth in my fine curls creating the illusion of more volume. I recently returned for a Colour Glossing appointment to revive my golden locks. I cannot say enough how much I LOVE my hair. I regularly receive compliments and they're not only from people I know but also from strangers---men, women, and children! I cannot sing her praises enough. Thank you, Lorie!

Sapphire is the most fun and welcoming salon I've ever been to. The staff are friendly and they're always helping one another, like providing tips, suggestions or ideas that would make your hair even more amazing. The decor is fun and retro. It's clean and well kept. It's one of a kind, just like the people who work here. Danae does a stellar job every time!

Incredible staff. Clean and inviting salon. My kids love it, as do I. My kids also loved learning about how the hair they had cut is collected, recycled and goes to help clean up oil spills in our oceans. We are proud to give them our patronage and refer them without hesitation.
