I'm not super picky when it comes to haircuts. This place is good.

I went a few months ago to to get my hair died and just a trim. I asked for just a few cms off and to die my brown hair into blonde highlights. I went here because my usual hair dresser wad not available. I had never gotten highlights done. So I wasn't aware that by them using the cap method instead of foil it was wrong. The cap method is a cheap way but also usually used for short hair (usually used on men). Not only did they use the wrong style but then insisted they die my hair a darker shade of brown first and then die my hard with highlights. I also asked for a few cms off they ended up cutting up to 4 inches off. While layering my hair which I did not want! Then they attempted to follow through with cutting bangs which I quickly stopped them. Not only that, they charged me over $200 after knowing I was unsatisfied eight their work. They did not offer any discounts after I told them I am unsatisfied. They just told Me that is what I got so I had to pay. Even if I was unhappy and didn't get what I wanted done. They do not care of their customers satisfaction nor do they do the job properly. My hair is now over dry and brittle. And constantly getting knotted and breaking. I would strongly advice going elsewhere before even considering coming here.
