I'm never proactive enough to book a hair cut but the hairdressers here always book me in the day of. No matter who cuts my hair it's always a wonderful experience! Thanks

I have been there about 3 -4 times.. I have always been friendly to all Tracy.. Arlene have treated me very well and took very good care and concern for me.. normally my hair is blond and for some reason got brassy color and needed help to get the brass out.. well they said only way is bleach which scared me as my hair is pretty damaged ends but I love long and little trim myself anyways.. my stylist didn't have time to finish so left with another... well bad enough to bleach but where is color I'm fake bleach light bulb looking freak.. I was not happy and I couldn't stand what it looked like the way I wear my hair for years and get compliments.. the older woman says " my opinion your hair style makes you look older" I took a breath kept my cool and replied REALLY... so to me really kick me while I'm already feeling I can't leave house.. I left and had a cry.. they have done nothing at SHEAR to help comfort me .. my stylist I keep told not in but to not deal with me or contact my stylist with my crying concern.. I got so upset nobody cares what I have to look like. they ruined my hair left me total bleach head phony looking sad then to tell me I look old.. THANKS SO MUCH FOR MAKING MY LIFE EVEN WORSE.. YA KNOW I'M SICK AS IT IS TO LEAVE ME LIKE THIS AND NOT CUSTOMER SUPPORT.. I AM SO SORRY I LET THEM TRUST THEM BELIEVE TO IMPROVE..NO IT WAS SOMETHING A TEENAGER WOULD DO AT HOME THEN SHOOT MY AGE DOWN APPEARANCE .. HOW AND WHY NO THEY DON'T CARE GOT MONEY.. I'M GONE IS ALL THEY SEEM TO BE CONCERNED. NOT MY APPEARANCE TODAY..YEP I'M CRYING. TAKE YOUR CHANCE HERE.. I GOT A LOWER COST STYLIST.. STILL ENOUGH $$$ get what ya pay for because Tracy and Arlene total understood me. I'm very sad. SAD PART ON TOP IS NOBODY HAS CALLED ME. I'M CRYING TO THEM BUT THEY DONT CARE KEEP SAYING MY STYLIST NOT IN. SO REALLY CUSTOMER WHO CARES DEAL WITH ME... BUT THE STYLIST IS THE FUTIRE SISTER IN LAW WHICH THINK IS MANAGER OR OWNER... I'M TRULY NOT WORTH A CALL FROM OWNER TO OPTIONS AND WILL EXPLAIN AND HAVE STYLIST HELP ME.. I'M CALLING FOR HELP THEY NOT CALLING ME.. I'M SAD AND ANGRY...JUST TELL ME MESSAGE HERE FOR STYLIST TO CALL BUT SHE NOT THERE YESTERDAY TODAY.. BECAUSE SINCE I LOOK LIKE THIS SHE NOT THERE.. THANK YOU FOR CARING SHEARS.. I'M FRIENDLY GAVE MY MONEY AND EMBARRASSED TO NOT TIP BUT THE STYLIST THAT FINISHED ME AND TOOK MY MONEY KNEW I WAS NOT HAPPY IT WAS TO BRIGHT LIGHT BULB I LOOK PHONY.. NO TIME TO HELP BUT THEN SAID I LOOK OLD.. OH THANK YOU SO MUCH.. WHATA CONFIDENCE BUILDER... NOT RIGHT THAT HURT MY HEART... I'M ILL AND HARD FOR ME TO COPE AS I'M ON DISABILITY.. I JUST WALKED OUT UPSET AND THEN YES CRIED.
