If you want to have a flattering haircut, DO NOT GO to Edward Carriere Salon. I went to this salon yesterday (April 19, 2021). I saw a Stylist named Caroline, although calling her a stylist is a misnomer. I'm sure she found her licence at the bottom of a Cracker Jack box. I told the woman I wanted something short (about 1 inch all over), sassy and it makes me look 30 years younger. She gave me a brush cut. Does Caroline not know the length of 1 inch? If not, why not? The only good thing is that I know my hair grows fast and because of the pandemic I don't have anywhere to go. What really ticked me off is that their machine would not allow me to pay just the amount of the hair cut. I HAD to give a tip. That makes me angry. I would normally give a tip - I just don't like being told I HAVE to give a tip. In this case, Caroline did not deserve a tip. Tips are for people who give good service. She did not. So, for those reasons I will not go back to this salon.

She is very flexible and attentive to the needs of the client. I loved my hair and how it looked on my wedding, as a result of Ola's hard work.

I found this place online and purchased products through their website. They not only had EXACTLY what I was searching for, which were the Antica Farmacista Oil Diffuser line, but their customer service was AMAZING! When I placed my order, one of the items were sold out so I got an email by Melissa, (the general manager), to kindly offer me another option. Wow.. what an asset to this company she is! She outdid herself when I requested some scent samples and really went out of her way to deliver quality service! I will be a continued customer since they're fast, reliable, and kind. A+ ONLINE STORE!
