If I could give them negative stars I would. I stopped in Friday for a trim and a thinning, I had errands to run so I through my hair back in a hairtie. later that night I let my hair out to put a loose braid as I normally do at night to keep my hair from tangling. a giant chunk of hair came out but I did not think much of it...Fast forward 2 days and I am standing in the mirror this morning styling my hair for the first time since my cut ( again my hair had been tied back) I come to find several chunks of hair missing from my head. My hair is long and thick and now has short ear length chunks missing all around. The stylist butchered my hair that I have been growing out for soo long and now it is not fit to be donated as I had planned.

Luciana is absolutely awesome.. My haircut was the purfect length Esp my bangs each time I've gone No waiting two weeks for it to look ok like normal ðŸ˜„ I even loved my hair even when it grew out U know you have a great hairdresser when you don't even have to point out exactly the purfect length for you... she just knowsðŸ’—

All the hairdressers do a great job and Rob, the manager is a great hairstylist as well. I've had perms, hair colors and cuts and styles and have never been disappointed. I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND IT TO ANYONE. THEY HAVE A GREAT DEAL OF REPEAT CUSTOMERS!!!
