Worst hair experience I've ever had. I told the stylist exactly what I wanted, even showed her pictures and she did the complete opposite. I wanted a blunt cut and she gave me very short layers. I wanted straight across bangs and she cut them unevenly with a middle part. Another stylist even came over to fix a section I guess looked bad? I wear glasses so I couldn't see anything going on until the final reveal. I was so upset, I went immediately to the bathroom, and then to the front desk and cried right there in the salon in front of the other stylists. I can't believe I had to pay for it!? And I can't believe the other stylists would allow me to walk out with the hair cut I was given. I will be calling the manager.

I had a terrible experience here. I asked for the top to have about an inch cut off and the sides cut really short. She gave me almost a shaved head, it was terrible. So now Iâ€™m in my bathroom seeing what I can do with this hair. Not only that but she left the back a bit longer than the front so you really canâ€™t do much. Iâ€™m never going back there again.

Lots of product to browse through but although the store was open the stylists were all there for training so my purpose was not attained. Disappointing that they would do it during business hours and not split the class so they didn't turn away business.
