I didn't get anything done personally but my fiancee had her hair done for my brothers wedding. Her hair looks amazing. Jillian did a great job and my fiancee is quite satisfied with her work. Jillian was very friendly and easy to talk to.

I have never seen such an unprofessional business owner as Emily who owns this salon and also does hair. She did the total opposite of what I asked for and I had to go get it fixed by someone else. She was jumping back and forth between me and another client and left me sitting in the chair for an hour to start someone else when Iâ€™d already been there for three hours. Totally unprofessional. I would never go back and never recommend this place to anyone. I left in tears and immediately went somewhere else to get it fixed where the stylist couldnâ€™t believe what she had done. Terrible experience.

Don't get lash extensions here! Very unprofessional. First application was fine, although I left very unhappy with the result, and it took very long as she was constantly checking her phone. When I went to get a fill two weeks later, I had to wait half an hour despite having a scheduled appointment, and she took about 30 minutes to do the fill. When I got home, I was looking at the lashes and it didn't look like they were attached at the root of my own lashes because I could see the end of the extension against my eyelid. I then took a brush to them, and they began to fall out in chunks. Having only had them done less than an hour before, I messaged the girl who did them, explaining the situation with pictures, and no answer (which is strange because she was checking her phone every 2 minutes during both of my appointments). It's been over two weeks, and still no answer ... unacceptable. Not to mention having to leave a $20 'tip' because they weren't able to make change. I went to get them removed elsewhere and the woman who removed them was appalled. She said the extensions were literally glued to the middle of my lash with both ends sticking up, instead of the end of the extension attached to my lash. Trust me, you don't want to get a service here.
