Received a manicure from Emilia, who was very professional and knowledgeable about nail health. She recommended I stick to a nail strengthening top coat rather than shellac as my nails were too weak. The owner of the salon was also very friendly and came to chat while I was getting the treatment done. Overall a very pleasant, down to earth experience, and I will be coming back for their exfoliating/mud body wrap.

They care about your appearance and care about your service. Iâ€™ve been going there for years and theyâ€™ve always taken me in at last minute and have always treated me with respect. Iâ€™ve came in with botched bangs I cut myself and they where so nice about it and fixed them and theyâ€™ve fixed my hair so many times they always make sure you leave looking like a Queen. Today is my prom and they took me in last minute and they did my upper lip threading and my hair styling and Iâ€™m always so thankful to have this salon in my town and these people who work there too. Thank you guys so much.

Have been before and enjoyed my services however I do have to warn about how they put money before empathy and promote services only to get you in the door and turn around and not honour what they promote. Received a promotion by email, called about the promotion and talked to a receptionist - booked my service a month in advance, planned for my baby to be looked after - only to arrive to the salon and be told that the same services I wanted would be double the price. Also the owner of the salon introduced herself like she had never seen me before. Obviously I was just another customer who looked like dollar signs even though I had been there a few times before. It is not the money and never was, it was the way I was treated. Will never go back and will not recommend this spa or salon to anyone based on the terrible experience and precious time wasted.
