I had an appointment for 10:00am, which was confirmed the day before. The receptionist called me this morning around 9:30am to inform me that the previous customer arrived late, and asked if it was alright to push my appointment back to 10:30, which was fine. I waited a short while after I arrived (a bit before 10:30), the hair dresser came out to speak to the receptionist for a while. Basically the hair dresser said that the previous appointment was way more important, and would take more time. I guess the hair dresser didn’t want to push back any other appointments because the next time I would be able to get my hair cut was at 2:00-3:00pm! I have been getting my hair cut here twice a year for the last six years. Every time I have made an appointment there is on average a 20-25 minute wait. I used to think it was worth it, unfortunately after the lack of professionalism from the hair dresser I realize that it is not. The receptionist was polite in every interaction, and quite apologetic for the waste of time. Unfortunately, the other staff are not.
