Audacity

I showed my friend’s colour botch job from this so called “salon” to my colourist/stylist and she was astonished that they had the nerve to demand money for the services rendered. Awful styles, patchy, damaged colour and no sense of manners. Also, when you decide to fight and attack anyone who gives you a poor review…methinks the lady doth protest too much. Mako salon owners know their lack of worth and are afraid of it becoming known to others.

Don't waste your money

They butcher hair, injure customers, and take ZERO responsibility for their actions. Then they have the audacity to publicly attack people who leave them bad reviews on Google calling the reviews "fake" instead of trying to repair the relationship and fix their mistakes. Don't waste your money here.

Do NOT go here

This salon absolutely damaged my sisters hair. They made her sign a waiver before they started, which is the first red flag. They they proceeded to give her a patch job bleaching, leaving at least 2 inches of roots completely untouched. She was forced to pay $380 for this, while she was crying. Literally crying, they didn't care. Please read the google reviews, and the owners completely rude responses, before going here. I don't know how much they're paying for these 5 star reviews, but they can't be real.

Awesome hair color and hair cut

Thank you to Rita and Letty for the amazing haircolor and haircut experience. I went for a haircolor after a long duration and as I need some correction with my previous haircolo too.Rita and Letty helped me shape my look with a perfect haircolor and refreshing hair cut. Wonderful experience with my first haircut after lockdown

Thank you to Rita and Letty for the wonderful haircut experience. I went for a haircut after a long duration and with a really messy look. Rita and Letty helped me shape my look with a perfect haircut and beard trim. It was the week of Durga Puja for which I wanted to have a nice and clean-cut and I got that at Mako Hair Studio. I highly recommend the service and positive vibes that I got there with the VIP service they offer. Thank you Team Mako.

The best salon ever. So thankful I found this place. My hair was a mess and after going to Mako Hair salon and got my hair fixed by Gaby, what a relief. Definitely the place to be if you are looking for a long term salon. They are amazing.

So I recently visited this Salon for hair colour as the reviews were great . After seeing the results , I understood why the reviews were soo good. Rita is so passionate about her work and is so sweet. She has such a fab team working with her as well. Gabby did my hair and it looked amazing , this was the first time i got my hair coloured so I was nervous. But I am glad I found my go to salon . Thank you Rita and Gabby for making this a great experience. 😍🥰

As expected great work by Lettyshair. Extremely happy with the results and service provided. I really appreciate her work with Haircolouring and Haircutting skills. I started to visit MAKO a year ago till now and will keep visiting in future. For Hairstyling Mako will be my first choice. Highly recommended.

I have a hard time trusting people to cut my hair. When I finally decided to try someone new she ended up leaving on maternity leave forcing me to go out of my comfort zone and try someone new again. I took the chance of trying out mako hair salon for a simple hair trim based off of the reviews, and I was not disappointed! Letty definitely shows the experience she’s got under her belt. She’s the third person to ever touch my hair in my whole life and she was able to provide exactly what I was looking for quickly and beautifully. I even mentioned to her that normally after ever haircut I shed some tears but I won’t be doing that at all this time. Definitely will be going back for hair colour hoping it’s as amazing as the haircut. Also reception was so sweet and welcoming. Sorry I didn’t get her name.

This salon was the best experience I’ve ever had in my life! The hair dressers were the sweetest ladies who worked well with me and did everything I asked for perfectly. It was a long day but I loved absolutely everything that I had done today and cannot wait to go back!!! I was treated like a princess and I’m loving my new look.

WARNING ⚠️ FLAGGED DO NOT COME HERE 🚩🚩🚩 I was looking for a new hairdresser, based off the responses from the owner of this place, I would never even come here. Id imagine what the hell they would do to my hair if this is the way they behave. Learn to take responsibility for your failures. People are paying their hard earned money and you have no decency to give them a refund if their not satisfied? Obviously the owner is greedy if this is the case. Not exactly sure how they received 4.5 stars, it's probably people they know hyping them up. Owners seem very arrogant and clearly have no customer service skills. Making assumptions about people using $1 shampoo and it's their fault is literally the most disgusting responses. I'd say your business is worth less than a dollar. Clean up your nasty attitudes, totally unprofessional owners.
