I bought my mom this Groupon and she went earlier today. She has the WORST experience of her life. My mother is diagnosed with the auto immune disorder lupus and it shows in spots on her scalp. When she arrived at the salon, Laura told her she does not know if she is contagious and will not cut her hair. ARE YOU KIDDING ME? In front of other staff and clients, you embarrassed my mother. She was crying and telling her that it is NOT contagious. Please educate yourself. What kind of service is this. I am DISGUSTED. It is 2018 and you are making someone whose already dealing with a personal health issue feel even worse. All things considered, there are ways to handle every issue. Saying we need a doctors note saying you are not contagious is definitely not one of them. I cannot believe how you made my mother feel. I will NEVER ever refer anyone && will write this review on every possible website. The Lupus Foundation of America estimates that 1.5 million Americans, and at least five million people worldwide, have a form of lupus. Lupus is a devastating and life-changing disease that currently has no cure. Over 90 percent of people with lupus are women between the ages of 15 and 45 including 1:1000 Canadians. Do some research, use google, ANYTHING before you disrespect and embarrass a client.

Laura is the best hairstylist I have ever had! She makes it very easy for me to refer my friends to her because she is so accommodating and personable. The haircut was decent. I wasnt really a fan of my hairdresser pushing for me to purchase their products from the salon. My hair was longer but I kid you not there was barely any hair on the floor after she had finished with me. I still got charged an extra $10 for my long hair that barely needed cutting. I was given the option to either pay the extra $10 for long hair or buy their shampoo and conditioning treatment for $28 which would be $18 for me because they would apply the $10 to it. I came to get a haircut, not get bribed into buying more. There's a reason I used a Groupon to begin with. Unemployed individuals and students don't have extra money to throw away!
