The staff seem friendly and the atmosphere is nice and welcoming. However they have no idea what they are doing including the owner. They told me they would be able to accomplish colour that I was hoping to have for my wedding. Because I was looking to have silver highlights I gave them 8 months to make sure I could get it where I wanted to. All they kept doing was adding toners to my hair. They ended up charging me well over &1500 over the course of 8 months and I had to use a box to dye my hair before the wedding because it was so bad. I went through every colour of the rainbow while they "tried" to get me where I wanted to be. They broke the hair all around my face so that it needed special care and pinning for the wedding and I still need to pin it to have a pony tail which is infuriating because I had worked so hard to have my hair long and even. When I went in one last time to get them to try and fix it, no longer willing to pay, the owner also touched up my roots and had the nerve to charge me for it. This was a horrible experience that cost me tons of time, money and stress as a bride. The owner kept telling me I would grow to like what he had done! Do not spend your money here! They will destroy your hair, keep telling you they can fix it, keep charging you, and leave you needing to dye your hair from a box for your wedding and have no empathy.

I've been a loyal client for years now (I'm a 50 year old woman and have tried many salons before settling here). I trust Melissa and always love my cuts and colours! She is sweet and talented, I don't know what I'd do without her! The salon itself is very nice and I also recommend their pedicures and eyebrow services!
