I'm really not impressed with this salon. I went here about a year and a half ago and did not have a good experience, but I decided to give it a second chance so I went back this afternoon for a haircut. For both visits, the haircut itself was fine, but the service was not inviting. My hairdresser hardly took the time to have a consultation with me prior to the haircut to actually understand what it was I was asking for. Consequently, the haircut I ended up with was not the one I asked for. Luckily I did not mind what I got, but still...not what I asked for. Additionally, I don't think I've ever had a haircut that lasted such a short amount of time. I was in and out in about 22 minutes, and it left me feeling like the salon was just trying to rush people in and get them out as quick as possible. My hairdresser was also quite rude at times, cutting my sentences off while I was talking, denouncing my ideas very abruptly, and was just plain unhappy it seemed. I'm sad to say that I will not be returning to Pat DeCaria Hair Design, as I would rather a salon that cared for customer needs.
